my best friends med doctor has had her off her medication for 3 months now and she has been suffering and had an appointment today and was hopeful that she would get started on a medication the would ACTUALLY be covered by her insurance and the woman never called and my best friend called the office and the dr isn’t even there?? this is the 2nd time this has happened to her and now we have to take her to the er to get help. never go here they don’t care about their patients.

Chantel Paulson is amazing at what she does. Empathetic, funny, kind, all around a great experience with her. My favorite aside from her is Angela. Angela always makes sure I feel comfortable and she always remembers me. When I call I always want to talk to her because she knows what to do and how to get it done. This is a great location, not sure why the ratings are so low.

**Sea-Mar ruined csnw** The system is broken. Nothing but a nightmare. Never should have listened to friends saying CSNW is "the best". They will cancel on you all the time, takes months to get in, and months to get medications. Not only does that put patients lives at risk, but prevents people new to their MH Recovery from wanting to continue to get help for their MH issues. But now I'm stuck with them until I get better insurance. CONSUMER BEWARE.

Ms. Potter is the worst criminal & councelor I have ever come across. She cannot contrl a small group setting. She left me no choice but to report her to the state because of her her behavior i our (individual session). I hope what ever licensce this criminal, yes criminal, holds is revoked. Possible litigation to follow. Todd ,Wagner, Vancouver, Wa. Minus 5 stars

And that's pushing it. I fired one of the two intake D&A girls for an inappropriate comment and prejudice attitude .then she turns around out t of retaliating and lies to my P.O. I wasn't in treatment in Boise ID. Now I have to go before a judge prove her wrong and have no help at all on how to do this. Now its time to fill out a grievance form and have her ?¿?

I have had wonderful counselors who clearly care and treat me with respect and compassion. Have been seeing the same one for awhile now and can honestly say she is one of the best I have ever encountered and I have been in therapy most of my life. They also are careful with my privacy and help people who don't have the means to pay regular rates. I am very surprised at the negative reviews as I have not encountered any of the same issues. I don't belong to any of the groups and am not court mandated so perhaps that gives a different viewpoint.

This is a joke. I called the med-psych line for a next day appointment FOUR TIMES. I finally got a next day appointment and they called AN HOUR BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT and cancelled it! Didn't give me any other options or real help. This is my life that they are just putting off. I was told to call back IN A WEEK and HOPE to get another appointment scheduled. This is why people with depression feel hopeless. You should not have to jump through so many hoops to get the help you deserve. This whole process including waiting for my intake appointment is a month now. That is too long.

Absolutely the worst treatment center ever!!! Never seen such bad counselors and don't get a lady named Donnel because she will degrade you in front of everyone over smoking weed like you are a worthless junkie. They dont even deserve one star
